The total construction period of the project plan is 24 months, of which the first phase of the project is 12 months, with a capacity of 8GW to be built and put into trial operation in November 2021; The second phase project will last for 12 months, with a construction capacity of 8GW. It will be officially put into operation in June 2023. After completion, the annual output value will not be less than 10 billion yuan, and the expected annual tax revenue will not be less than 260 million yuan. Shanxi Xinyang Zhonglai is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone Construction Investment Company. At that time, it will serve as the main investment and construction entity, customizing a factory for the project.
